Self-sufficiency in Greenlandic ingredients

The Department of Business and Labour is now initiating a project aimed at increasing the use of Greenlandic ingredients in public-sector institutions and with consumers.

The Kujalleq municipality in southern Greenland has been granted funding so that kitchen staff in the institutions can attend courses and the Greenlandic products can get more PR in collaboration with the many local producers of Greenlandic food.
