Soundbites nominated for prize

It has become a tradition to recognise new food communication with the food+media prizes and throw a huge party for food communicators, journalists and bloggers who work together to raise the standards of food communication.

There are prizes in many categories, such as: Food communication, Books about food, Critical food journalism, Food blogging, Food events and Food on Social Media.

Elisabeth Skylare, affiliated with New Nordic Food, is one of the nominees for the Food events. She has made Soundbites with Nikolaj Danielsen where they use food, music, media and creative professional groups to surprise and involve the participants in the experience.

There is a party for Food+Media on 27 June at 17.00.
