Food and meal education

On 5 September there will be held a conference on the theme of food and meal education in Kristianstad, Sweden.
In co-operation with the National Food Agency's Food Skills Centre, New Nordic Food II is organising a Nordic network meeting on 6 September. The theme is 'Food Education with a focus on nature, gardens and outdoor education'.
The participants will be given the opportunity to take part in theoretical lectures and practical applications on the topic "Children can". The key is to inspire staff and educators to look at children as active partners making curiosity and pleasure the starting point for learning.
