World congress in gastronomic tourism in Gothenburg - NNF II is a partner

On 21 September the World Food Travel Summit opened in Gothenburg, a world congress on the theme of gastronomic tourism.

New Nordic Food II is a partner in World Food Travel Summit presenting the gastronomic Nordic Region to the international delegates. 

- New Nordic Food has also contributed with ideas and connections to Nordic speakers and Nordic projects involved as well as opening up its Nordic network to ensure broad Nordic participation", explains Charlotta Ranert, New Nordic Food II. 

On Tuesday the international delegates will be served a lunch called Street Food New Nordic Style, created by Björn Ylipää, Måltidsvision Ab. The lunch is organised in cooperation between New Nordic Food II, Måltidsvision Ab, Norwegian Seafood Council and Ålands mejeriet ÅCA.
