Open Swedish Championships in Artisan Food - a Nordic success

The Swedish Championships in Artisan Food were part of Særimner and a record number of products, 587 in all, were registered. This year the championships were an open Nordic Championship in co-operation with New Nordic Food.

The members of the jury judged artisan food from Finland in the east to Iceland in the west. The competition, gala and awards ceremony were an enormous success.

Medals were spread over the whole country and medals were also awarded to food artisans from Iceland, Åland and Finland.
