Conference: Food outside the home

New Nordic Food II will host the conference "New Nordic Food - The potential and future of Nordic food when eating outside home" on 11 and 12 October. It will be held in the hotell Hilton Kalastajatorppa in Helsinki. The main theme will be how Nordic food can influence the meals provided in schools, hospitals and workplaces. There will also be time to discuss themes like "Food, children, young people and health”, “Food for many” and “Nordisk Oat Day”. The conference will also feature a poster exhibition, and a market place serving Nordic food. Nordic food suppliers are already being recruited to present their products and companies in the market place.
