Video: Children can do it themselves - let them cook!

The focus of this year's New Nordic Food conference in Oslo was Public Foodscapes, Food and Nutrition, and Children and Food. The 150 delegates at the conference were given lunch chosen, prepared and served by children from the food culture school Geitmyra. The children's commitment and enjoyment was living proof of the conference's theme, children can grow, make, taste and understand food. Let the children come into the kitchen!
