Increased consumption of fish

Several stakeholders in Norway are working to promote eating fish in families with young children.
For example, Fiskesprell has announced the winner of a film competition on seafood while Tingvoll has published a film on how easy it is to make fish cakes.
In addition, Geitmyra Food Culture Centre for children has produced a short film on Norwegian seafood with a story that shows passion for fish and shellfish amongst children.
